Another good news for the yacht industry in Vietnam: Azimut Grande 25 METRI will become the first brand-new super yacht in the country to be brought in this year. This event marks a new development for the domestic yacht market.
Through Tam Son Yachting – the official distributor for Azimut Yacht in Vietnam, a Vietnamese customer has been able to order the Azimut Grande 25 METRI super yacht in March 2021. The super yacht is being completed with final inspections at the factory and is expected to come to Vietnam soon.
Grande 25 METRI is a yacht model from the Azimut Grande collection – a collection of super yachts from an Italian manufacturer. The super yacht is 26.6m long, 6.2m wide and was first introduced to the public in 2019.

Developed based on the model of a large flybridge (rooftop deck) yacht – the Azimut 80, with an exterior and conceptual design penned by Stephano Righini, the Azimut Grande 25 METRI offers a sporty, robust exterior and a spacious, luxurious interior space, quite like the flybridge yachts that made Stephano Righini’s name.
The exterior of the boat features modern lines, large frameless windows and a flybridge that extends to the back of the boat, giving the super yacht a sporty but equally majestic look with its massive size.

In addition, the superstructure, radar dome, flybridge deck, stern, and hardtop of the Grande 25 METRI are all made up of 30% carbon fiber. The extensive use of carbon fiber in the hull helps increase the size of components such as the deck and flybridge deck without increasing the overall weight of the yacht.
For the interior, Achille Salvagni has created a contemporary space using a combination of different materials and vibrant colors. The Grande 25 METRI version brought to Vietnam this time includes a “lounge version” interior package, whereby the entire main deck is transformed into a large sofa for 20 guests without a large dining table seen on common yachts. This is a new feature in the design by Azimut.

On the lower deck, Azimut Grande 25 METRI offers 4 cabins with 8 occupancies, each equipped with a private bathroom, as well as a crew cabin for 3 people. The power of this super yacht comes from a pair of 1650 horsepower MAN V12 engines that allow Azimut Grande 25 METRI to travel with a maximum speed of 28 knots and a cruising speed of 22 knots.
This huge engine block will be easily controlled via the ESP steering system – the system that makes controlling the 26.6m yacht as easy as controlling a luxury car. In addition, leading marine technologies in the yacht industry such as the integrated server control system from Raymarine or the modern Trim Tab system also provide maximum support for operation.

Azimut Grande 25 METRI is the first brand-new super yacht imported to Vietnam, marking a new path for Vietnamese customers. Representatives of Azimut Yacht said: “With a new market like Vietnam, the fact that a super yacht is ordered through a genuine dealer in just a short time shows the great effort of the Tam Son Yachting team.”
“We are delighted with this result, that the brand’s presence has become stronger and more pronounced within a short period of time. In addition to the Azimut Grande 25 METRI, two Lagoon yachts, a two-body yacht brand, will also be imported in the near future through Tam Son Yachting.”
